I arrived at Plusha with Graham B. Then soon John D turned up. Then Trevor with David O. also from Ivybridge. Soon on our way with overcast skies & only two electric bikes out. But things were set to take a turn for the worse, as less than a mile into the ride, Trevor's back wheel suffered a malfunction. So as it was not repairable he & David had to return to Ivybridge. Now with just three of us & with two on real bikes, we descended through Altarnun. Then took the scenic route to Davidstow Moor crossing Trevor's favourite Ford, by the footbridge (Not the Trevor way). Soon we went through another Ford (But not John D) before arriving at the Churchtown pub, The old Inn. Refreshments were taken in full sunshine.

Then on down the hill to Tresarrett, before going uphill to cross the A30, & then on to Mount & St Neot with its London Inn. After Treverbyn Bridge, it was uphill all the way to Minions. Then onto the lane to Henwood, stopping shortly after to admire the views out from Bodmin Moor. Graham took advantage & finished off his coffee from his flask. Soon underway we came across the last steep hill of the day out of Henwood. Then on through North Hill with its nice-looking church & soon we located the hidden lane to Plusha not taken before. Which soon turned into a rough Bridleway & shortly we came across a Ford of the Trevor kind, so took the footbridge option. Not long after we were back on metalled roads & finding ourselves at the starting point. Here Graham & I bade farewell to John till the next time with 42.02 miles on the cyclometer.
