The Plymouth Section continues to push the boundaries and has had a number of interesting destinations over the last two months. Until the end of October we were blessed with almost summery weather, though November certainly made up for that with a number of rides cancelled owing to weather warnings. Graham Black led us to Dozemary Pool, somewhere I hadn't been to for many years. Dave Newman has given the club good support since he rejoined the CTC and has led some interesting and challenging rides - the most recent being to Plusha at the beginning of November and our last really fine Sunday. Andy Prideau took us to Bow Bridge. Graham Black lead a foray to Minnions and my own ride to Woolston Green was well supported. CTC Plymouth lunch will be at Kitley House on 17th December. Many thanks to Trevor Bradshaw who organised this. It will be an opportunity to say thank you to Iris Buckler, who was a dedicated and efficient Secretary of the Club for many years. I will also be awarding the points cups but I'm not saying right now who the winner is. You'll have to wait for my next report to find out who the lucky winner is.
