Our route to Freathy for tea-break and then on to Seaton was well tried and tested. Maybe that didn't entice some of you out? Anyhow, we were eight at the start including Claire, Mike, Grahams J and R. Three of them left us from Freathy. Graham J forged ahead to Seaton from there complaining he was feeling cold. We sat in the stone bus shelter for our lunch. Then Graham J and Andy Prideaux returned to Plymouth but in separate directions. Andy the way we came along the coast and Graham J has since informed me he returned via Tideford, Blunts, Notter Bridge, Hatt and Saltash. The remaining four of us crossed the road to the beach cafe for a warming drink and a lengthy discussion on a variety of topics.
Now with me; just George, Phil and Graham B from there, there wasn't much leading to be done.
When we eventually decided we should leave the warmth of the cafe we headed up the valley towards Trerulefoot calling in for another cuppa - we were pretty cold. After that we made a hasty return to the ferry and home for tea! No recorded mileage, I'm sorry, unless GB, Phil or George did.
Watch this space for a little video clip I'm working on.
